Clinical Evaluation

Have you been arrested for DUI? Anyone who has been arrested for a DUI must have a CLINICAL EVALUATION.

The Clinical Evaluation is an assessment conducted by a DHR approved licensed or certified professional who is certified in the field of addiction. You must select a Clinical Evaluator from the DHR approved list. Based on their professional findings, the Clinical Evaluator may recommend treatment. An evaluation consists of a verbal interview which will include your medical, family, educational, legal and employment history. The interviewer will also ask you about any previous treatment or counseling. The entire process can last up to two hours. Real Choices Center for Counseling is a DHR approved Clinical Evaluator.
